So who are ‘Things To do’ Guernsey, what are we all about…...

My name is Karen Solway and after a fun filled 5 years of living in America I am back on the island and looking to have as much fun here.

 

So ...... How many times have you asked yourself: "What should I do tonight?  Is there anything exciting going on this weekend? Where should I go for New Years Eve? "I wish I could meet new people but not in a bar". "I would like to go to that concert but my friends are just not into that kind of thing."

 

Perhaps you are new to the island, and do not know many people outside of work. Maybe your circle of friends has changed as seasons of life change. ‘Things to do Guernsey’ will be organising events for socializing and networking with fellow professionals. Producing original events that enrich your social and cultural experiences while enabling you to meet other professionals in a friendly environment. The events will for anyone that wants to meet new people, not just for those that are single.

 

A complaint I had before my travels was that there was little to do in Guernsey or no-one to do them with. Guernsey has lots of great things to offer it is just a case of finding, organising, or having people to do them with. I remember many times wanting to go to an event but couldn’t find any one to go with, and ended up not going. So if you are anything like me or you just want to broaden your horizons, you will be able to join with us and not miss out.
